I love coffee. I love the sweet-bitter taste of it, the smell can relax me, and it feels like I can’t start a day without it. I think I’ve been addicted to coffee. Though consuming coffee doesn’t always give nice effect. Most of the time is the change or irregular heart beat that sometimes comes up. Sometimes I feel a bit worry about what does it mean.
I search on the internet to find the answer, and I found that the trouble of heart rhythm is called ‘arrythmia‘.
Arrythmia is a disturbance in throb speed. So arrythmia doesn’t always have something to do with heart or coroner disease. Most of the time, it is caused by small things that we do in our daily, like how many cup of coffee that we drink every morning, how many glass of tea we consume, the caffeine, alcohol, cigarette, even our emotional disturbance like stress and depression, will cause arrythmia.
