Shame Plant (Mimosa pudica  Duchass.) is a very typical plant. We can see it anywhere around us, especially if you live in tropics.

When being touched, Shame Plant will fold the  leaves side one into another, shaping like sleeping grass.

The alkaloid, amino acid and saponin in Shame Plant can release or widen the respiratory canal and handling insomnia.

Insomnia :

One piece of shame plant, dried. milled then braise with hot water.
Add black or sweet dill ( 5-7 pcs).
Drink while stil warm

Asthma :

10 grams of dried shame plants hebs, braise with 100 ml water, boiled for 15 minutes. Drink 3 times a day 1-2 tablespoon.
