Consuming milk good for health, but many of the benefits of tea will be lost if mixed with milk. A study in German showed that black tea soothing effect on arterial relaxation would loose if tea was contaminated by milk.
Tea is the most consumed beverage in the world, after water of course. Especially after reported that tea consumption will help reducing the chances of heart disease and cancer, the tea consumed in a broader range.
Stangl and his research team found that women who consumed half a liter of black tea has more flexible arteries than those who did not consume tea. Arterial relaxation proved to be concerned with the increased blood flow, caused by tea.

Edamame, it is called with ‘giant’ coz as you can see edamame looks quite different in size with common soybean.

Edamame is originally coming from Japan, and can be easily found in Chinese or Korean restaurants.
As some of us already recognized, soybean can be manufactured into some other products like soymilk, soybean cake (tempe), sweet soy sauce, etc, but the soybean used for those products is not the same soybean as edamame.
Edamame is considered as a tropics plant, and widely used for dish. Edamame contains high protein and believed as a healthy food. No wonder right now edamame is becoming more and more popular in the world.

The Tempe (fermented soybean cakes ) is very familiar among the Indonesians. It is made of soybean which is fermented. As foodstuff which is made of soybean, tempe has high protein and fiber too.

The Indonesian love it primarily caused by the unique and original flavor and the ease of use as ingredients of daily cooking. It can even be eaten instantly only for frying.
Tempe is so very easy to find in traditional markets, and my curiusity of finding the way how tempe is made, has lead me of to find some explanation as written here.
